Majorca Bars, Clubs and Nightlife Guide

You will find if you plan on going out at night that the Spanish people on the island of Majorca tend to go out quite late.  While in the main tourist resorts you can find people drinking and chatting from early hours, but around town you will not see many locals out before midnight.  Hit the best parties in town in your Majorca car hire.

There are a couple of main areas in Majorca known for their party scene.  Magaluf is the place to go for clubbing.  It is well known as the British capital in the island, but that doesn't mean that locals don't show up there.  Clubs such as the Bananas Disco and BCM Empire Disco are a must if you visit this area.

In Palma de Mallorca you can find a lot of great places at the Paseo Martimo, the main road by the sea.  There you can find the clubs Abraxas and Tito's, the main discos where "everybody goes".  El Garito, and Old Bohemian bar have been reconverted into trendy clubs and are also worth a visit.  If you are looking for a great gay bar you should visit Plaza Gomila.  There you should definitely hit Hotel Aries Pub and the Black Cat Disco.

It is important to note that while drinking in the street is allowed, big groups drinking are not tolerated and the police will find you if you leave any rubbish in the street.
